RescueRadius LLC ("RescueRadius") agrees to install, inspect, and maintain the Kitchen Bleed and Burn Box equipment described on rescueradius.com at the address provided by Client at signup.
Client agrees to pay $50/month via the payment method provided at checkout. Payment is automatically billed on a recurring monthly basis until this agreement ends as described below.
This service is currently available within Ada, Canyon, Gem, Boise, and Payette counties, Idaho. RescueRadius reserves the right to decline or delay installation outside this area.
This service has a minimum initial term of six (6) months from the installation date ("Minimum Term"). After the Minimum Term, Client may cancel at any time by providing written notice to team@rescueradius.com, effective at the end of the current billing month.
If Client cancels before completing the six-month Minimum Term, Client agrees to pay an early cancellation fee equal to the remaining monthly payments owed under the Minimum Term. This fee reflects the cost RescueRadius has already incurred to build, place, and maintain this equipment, which is not recovered if service ends early.
RescueRadius is a small, paramedic-founded company working to make emergency equipment more accessible. Placing and maintaining this kit involves a real upfront cost that isn't recovered in a single month of service — this fee exists to protect that investment if service ends early, not to penalize genuine circumstances. Questions before signing are always welcome.
All equipment provided under this agreement remains the property of RescueRadius LLC. Upon cancellation, non-renewal, or the end of a rental period, Client agrees to make the equipment available for pickup, or return it to RescueRadius within fourteen (14) days.
If equipment is not returned within this period, or is damaged beyond normal wear and unreturned, Client agrees to pay the equipment replacement cost of $215.
This service includes restocking of consumable components following a genuine use of the equipment in a real emergency. RescueRadius reserves the right to review any usage report that appears inconsistent, excessive, or inconsistent with an actual emergency use, and may decline to restock or may terminate service in cases of repeated or fraudulent usage claims.
Equipment provided under this agreement is intended solely for its stated emergency purpose. It may not be resold, sublet, relocated without notice to RescueRadius, or used for training, demonstration, or any purpose other than genuine emergency response without RescueRadius's prior written consent.
RescueRadius provides equipment placement, inspection, and maintenance services only. RescueRadius is not responsible for the outcome of any medical emergency, the actions of any individual using the equipment, or injuries resulting from equipment use or misuse. Client is responsible for ensuring personnel are appropriately trained or supervised in the use of this equipment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RescueRadius's total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees paid by Client in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.
