RescueRadius was built by working paramedics with one goal: increase easy, affordable public access to emergency equipment. Early defibrillator use in sudden cardiac arrest and early tourniquet application both measurably reduce mortality.
Most life-saving equipment doesn't fail because the technology is inadequate. It fails because it isn't there, or it's there but nobody checked on it. An event without an AED, a trail crew without bleeding control, a business without a naloxone box: these are gaps in access, not gaps in medicine. Closing them, one placement at a time, is the entire reason RescueRadius exists.
Active field paramedics with high-volume urban 911 and rural advanced life support experience.
General liability insurance with product liability coverage on all placed equipment. Idaho Filing #0006939136.
RescueRadius is founded and operated by Ellison Boord, a National Registry Paramedic actively working as a 911 paramedic, a technical rescue paramedic supporting wildland firefighting crews, and a full-time biochemistry student.
We're always reachable. Satellite connectivity keeps us online even in the field, and we guarantee a response within 1 to 2 days. Site assessments and installation timing can vary somewhat, since our team works as active clinical first responders alongside running RescueRadius.
